@giant The real advantage of netbook is good battery life and portability. Dont go for anything with AMD E450/E350. These are technically 14" Laptops with only 3hours backup but performance is not much better than atom. And at that price you can easily buy any Dual Core B-series with almost double or triple performance. Also avoid AMD C-series netbooks, better graphics but much slower than atom.
Buy real netbook with atom N2800 or N2600 processors and 6-cell battery. You'll get at least 8hours backup, these are available under 25k, more like 22-23k. If you want 720p display buy Asus Eee PC 1225B/1215P (not sure about the model) costs 26.5k. Also you can get Samsung NC108-P01BD with 500GB HDD, price 25.5k. There's a
    Solar Rechargeable netbook, Samsung NC213-P01BD
which costs around 27k. AFAIK it has 12 hours backup (including solar charging). Also I saw a Gigabyte Netbook at only 22k, But it had atom N2800 and 10hours backup, pretty good, huh?

Not good, Its a older generation processor plus it doesn't have any HW video acceleration support.

Atom is really not worth it. Intel have decided to use those in tabs and phone. Nways, you will get atoms at 20k even. Avoid the old gen. New gen ones are slightly better. But if you consider price to performance ratio Dual Core are best. i will get one to use MS office apps only. Becoz atoms are just too slow.

1215P never lasted more than 3 hours here, not on the day it was bought, not now.

couldnt fing any N2800, nor 500gb hdd, if you can suggest one! from the above three which would be better! The Atom N2600 is clocked at 1.60 GHz, 260 MHz
less than the N2800′s 1.86 GHz, and also the igpu PowerVR SGX 545 in N2600 is clocked 240MHz less than N2800....in that msi, the igpu is listed as 'NM10, Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150', is this legit!!

And I can't tell you for sure if they give Driver CD or not. But if I remember it right then my sister's laptop came with a Driver CD.
