Forget the GTX 670, get a 7970 dual x, better in every way, get 2 of them and you'll be happy, if budget it not a constraint then you could go for a single titan which is better than dual gpu setups. for processors at max resolution it hardly makes that big of a difference even in multigpu setups since you are going to be cranking those setups maxed out so you won't have much of a difference and I have both processors while surely the intel is better in terms of overall gaming but I'd say that there isn't a huge difference. Btw this is coming from some one who owns a 3770K and an FX 8350, that aside if you do go multi gpu you could go for a 3820, x79 is better for multi gpu and not to mention it is not eol like Z77, you will have octo core ivy's on x79 which is a pipe dream on z77.

I would honestly recommend you waiting till june/july, new processors are scheduled and hence even if you don't get the newer stuff you will get the older stuff at a reduced price .
    FTW!!!!!!!!!!

For 10K try out Inwin, CM, Corsair or Antec brand PSUs. Since you are going forward with a dual GPU setting I'd say take a 750W supply with an 80+ and 6+2 Pin Connector.

Since you aren't really constrained by budget the the haf x or the corsair 600T though I have to say the former is better in terms of overall quality

Ok if you choose Nvidia Card, Vanguard is doing a 5 Customer purchase plan, meaning he needs two more people to purchase GTX 600 Series cards and price will be down by 2-4K. @Vanguard

First of all you've got a pretty big budget and do you need a monitor in that? going for sli may be better,AMD radeon hd 7970 might be better but will be more expensive(85000) and of course going to be power hungry.altough for higher vram i would have suggested that. buying a vishera cpu at that budget is stupid, get an ivy no need to go for se.
    so

    -any 1080p monitor 17K
-cooler master haf x case 16K
    - i7 3770K 32K
    -asroK z77 extream 6/4 18K/14k
    -4+4gb crossair ram 5K
-gb gtx 670 sli 75k(with vangaurds help)
    -tt smart 750w psu 12K
    -128 gb ssd 10-12k
    -
That makes 182000-187000 get other things like optical disk, cpu cooler, hdd(if you need one),keyboard+mouse, speakers etc with the rest of your cash. or you can skip the cpu cooler and hdd for now and get amd hd 7970 crossfire.
