Default Want to buy apps from Google. Play: But How?

No I am not insane. I am fond of the free version of some apps and want to purchase the full version. And then there are some apps that i cudn't find free version of. Usually games are available. But apps are rare. So is there anyway to buy or steal apps from Google Play?

there are some legit ways to do it.

    1. I can get you a virtual visa card. it will have a balance of minimum $20. and it will cost you $21 to buy.(around 5% service charge from the card provider entropay.)
    2. you can get a EBL Dual Gold or platinum credit card. these work with everything. even amazon and other sites including origin and steam I think. but you will need a real job and TIN to get this. and there are minimum salary limits.
    3. google play gift cards. although they are not easily available in BD

@rrayhan77 I am a galaxy s3 user and never bought a single app from google play yet. Downloaded full version apk always from IPT and apk mania. Yes IPT is a great source of android apk. You will find all popular apk of full version there.

But if you really want to you will be needed a visa card with dollar currency. Apply to your bank for that. OR you must have a master card

@rrayhan77 I too am looking to purchase a few cool apps from the Play Store. Does Google have the the Gift Card system like Apple's App Store? It'd be very helpful for those who don't have Paypal.

SCB does not work. as they actively block international payments. and trying may block your moms card, as they have a clause that if you do this they will deactivate your card.

Yes they do. but they are physical cards. so you have to buy one from a retailer and ship it here or ask someone to send you teh code

alot of games are available pirated. but most apps are not. there are apps which are so good they deserve the price. like pweramp and cerberus. also there are services which rely on a app to work. like endomondo. which require payment for the membership not the app.

    - - - Updated - - -

One more thing is good in play. most apps have a free version. limited or add supported but free. so helps a lot who cant pay. but the paid version is worth it.

Ok I will try. But I would rather buy. I spend $1-$2 in food. Won't hurt if I buy apps. Some are $14. Will never buy those no matter how good. Max budget is $2.

Gadget'n'Gear sells iTunes Gift Cards. Have bought a few from them in the recent past. I guess I'll have to ask them about this Google Gift Card then.

That's some very solid info. Why is it that EBL is allowing this? I thought the government was still controlling currency outflow by limiting online transactions.

The government allows online foreign currency payments, but only for educational purposes. The correct procedure is to inform your bank with sufficient proof (over phone or e-mail) every time you want to make a foreign currency payment so that they can open your online payment facilities for a limited time. Some banks follow this procedure strictly (City Bank) while others are a bit lax (SEBL, BRAC Bank require no proof of required payment). I guess EBL falls in the second category. But remember that payment of foreign currency through credit card for purposes other than educational are considered illegal by Bangladesh Bank (although I believe they have better things to do than sniff around microtransactions).

That explains why it was so easy to pay my SAT fees but they did once say that even that wasn't allowed and had to haggle our way through it.

yes you can. I do the same. Some apps may have limits on devices you can use the app on.

    Yap. What he said.
Also the officially statement is hotel and flight bookings are allowed. but as they have to open up the international transaction gateway you can do whatever you want.

One of my friend got this as an experiment. and we have tried ebay, amazon, other sites that accept VISA , entropay, hotel booking, in google play, ea origin, and other stuff. everything works. only apple app store does not work as they force verify billing address. and they dont allow BD addresses.
I think steam and other game services should work.

and exchange rate is very reasonable. around 35p extra from the Bangladesh Bank official exchange rate. which is even cheaper than market price.

We thought they would block the card after one month. but they did not. so looks like they dont want to control this

Yes, there is no difference between those and ordinary debit cards. As long as Visa is accepted, those will be accepted.
