Unhappy Overheating Processor and Casing Suggestion

I have a quad core q6600 running at stock speeds. Idle temps start from 38C but while playing GTA IV my temps of all four cores go to 71C. This is the maximum recommended temperature of the G0 stepping, which is what I have. I want to know why this happens. I mounted the heatsink and everything properly, so I can't really figure out a reason. It may be my really bad 500 taka casing and I'm going to upgrade that in the next two weeks. Will changing the casing make much of a difference?
My budget for the casing will be 4000 but I'd like it if I could get something for less than that. If it has a few built in fans then that would be great too cause I currently have next to no airflow.
The pc is running in a non-ac room which is also the hottest room of my house.

You shouldn't be worried, it's well within safety specs.

That casing looks sexy. Did any of the fans come with it or did you have to buy them seperately?

And sorry guys I can't figure out how to quote two people at the same time, but I really appreciate your response @BFG9000 .

    all are thunderblades.

But very recently ami amar ai setup slightly change korsi. As im not using any gfx card right now (yeah pathetic, but true), after i buy a one, i will upload my new airflow path pic. This pic shows a one way air path. My new setup will have two way air path (if i buy non reference cooler type gfx card), which will be even more effective. (TESTED ALREADY)

Actually 65nm quads are capable of taking a lot of heat, you will be fine so don't worry, also it could be that your motherboard temperature sensor might not be getting good airflow hence you are getting bad temps. my max temps were 85 and I ran my chip for about 4-5 years and then sold it off, it was still fine, there were a lot of people running these @ 80ishC temps, but if you could it would be nice if you could lower the temps
    FTW!!!!!!!!!!

you can always do a custom water cooling....;D .....put 1L of water inside the casing......on the floppy bay, put Mum 500ml water bottle, and at the bottom of the casing another 500ml....as water has the highest Specific Heat Capacity, it will surely absorb some heat, and some reduce overall heat...... best of luck! @sammi bro

This pic shows a one way air path. My new setup will have two way air path (if i buy non reference cooler type gfx card), which will be even more effective. (TESTED ALREADY)
