    Default in great dilenma

well i have inter exam scheduled for 1 april, then what to do, i have become a little confused, i wanna go abroad, and was preparing for sat from the very early day from my college days, and also prepared a bit for buet exam(i didn't miss a single topic described in hsc books+ did a lot of extra maths from different writters' books for physics), today somehow for a reason i looked over the buet written exam question(all the math, english, physics and chemistry part) and they seemed fairly easy to me, some of them i solved instantly, and others i presumed that i should go ahead in this way and ans would be like this, and my assumptions were also correct, then look over some obj questions and they were also so easy, now iam in great dilemma,my home tutors who are from buet and du also opined that its not that tough for a student like me to win a seat in buet, even my math teacher, who is an eee student from buet said that he wishes that he will be able to see me in the top ten merit list based on buet based short model tests and interaction between us, i also took some sat model tests based on different sections and also scored extremely well, say i have a math model test app on my iphone which will give u 2 math question format, 16 or 20 and will convert ur score to 800 based on its own conversion table, and i was constantly being able to score 800, for writing section, i can make correct 18-19 grammar question(well they were sentence error detection, as i have not worked very well on improving paragraph section but is currently practicing) out of 20 questions, also i have alreday memorised 1000 words for sat, practiced some reading questions also
the problem is that, after hsc, which should i give prioritization first, sat or buet, i have talked with my parents and as usual they will abide by my decision and financially alhamdulliah we are sound, so i think for study purpose above 1 crore taka won't bother them much if i fail to obtain a scholarship,
i also do have a very good academic background but didn't take part into extra curricular activities that much
what should i do, i heard that ppl doing both sat and buet finally failed and lost all the opportunity, and also i wonldn't try for medical as i chose computer science over biology, but also heard some ppl did extremely well in both buet admission and sat, say i heard a boy who was able to score over 2100+ in sat and was 4th in buet admission exam and he is currently studying in mcgill university most probably but for sure in canada.
    pls help

first of all give your hsc exams

The knowledge required for SAT will almost be covered by the BUET entrance exam syllabus, you just need to practice for the SAT exam, onek lengthy question, so exam stamina will be tested.

About BUET entrance exam, just keep studying after your hsc till the day of exam,if you're good enough on the day of exam you'll make ut.

The top unis in USA for example don't just see your high school results but also look into your ECA, SAT scores, TOEFL score (if you're good in SAT this one should be a cakewalk), personal statement.

And then most importantly, where do you want to study, ABROAD or BD?if you're looking to settle abroad then point studying here if you can afford better education,BUT if you're going to stay in BD then doing the undergrad here is essential.

You answered your own question, go abroad and do the best for yourself. You have no financial restrictions and certainly not academic ones either (you need to work on your formatting btw ).

ECA will help especially if you can get into some debate competitions but even without those who can easily get into a great uni. What you need to decide now is whether you want to apply abroad for or without financial aid, and that in turn will also determine how important your ECA is. Those who require aid are put into a much more competitive pool of students, and there EVERYTHING matters.

It's their money, and they will obviously go for the better students. So just imagine this, there's you and there another person exactly like you with ECA, if you had to give your aid money, who would you choose? The latter obviously.

BUET exam questions are easy. But, the exam is not. Anyway your parents have the money. So, take Aayman bro's advice and go abroad. You'll have way better chances of leading a prestigious life.
