    Intel Core i7 3770 - ~28k (Somebody confirm this)
    GTX 670 OC 37k / DCII 42k or Sapphire HD7970 Ref / Dual X 42k
    Asrock Z77 Extreme6 - ~16k
2x4GB Memory modules of your choice (Going for higher end ones barely make any real world difference)
    Thermaltake Smart Power 650W Modular - 9k
Thermaltake Commander MS-I - 4.8-5k depending on the color
A 128GB SSD depending on what is available - 9-12k I'd recommend the Samsung 840 Pro, Crucial M4 or Plextor M5 if you can get it from abroad, otherwise the Intel 330 Series is the way to go.
Hard Drive depending on his needs.

Note - He won't be overclocking as stated by @Mohaan bhai on facebook, I suggested the Z77 anyway, since its cheap and doesn't feel right to suggest anything lower for a build of this caliber. I'd suggest he get the SSD even if it means he has to get a cheaper board, or he can get a 64GB drive, upto him.

If won’t to overclock then go this way-

3770 pro+B75 MB+4GB*2 Ram+CM550watt+GTX670OC/7970/7950+128GB SSD with 1/2TB HDD and put saved money to my pocket

22k processor with 20k mobo? The combination doesn't look good. And he should get 2x4gb for this built.

No casing, no graphics card, no SSD. Seems like the perfect build.

    EDIT: GTX 660, seriously?
