Suggest me a sound card.
Its been a while I since I bought a new set of speakers(Microloab SOLO 7c). Planning to buy a sound card now. I was fixated on the x-fi titanium for a while but now I'm looking for other alternatives . The reason is I will probably get one from abroad.
>Initial budget is $80 but I can extend it upto $100.
>I'l probably buy a good HP for gaming later on so you should keep that in mind.
>You do not need to worry about availability in BD, I'l get it from abroad.
>My mobo is gigabyte Gigabyte b75-D3H, rev-1.0 and I got a pair of SOLO 7c as I stated above.

The Titanium HD can be an option. ~$110.
^ yes! Titanium HD is a great SC for Headphone and Stero Speakers (may support 5.1 through optical out but not support 7.1, have great SNR). ASUS Xonar may also a good alternative.
What about some Ausu xonars

Titanium HD; eyes closed.
it was around $200, but now it is only $110 @amazon (though $180 @newegg)
make haste before they increase the price
on another note, essence stx is never an option for you firstly because it is out of your budget and secondly you are not going to get any high impedance HP
What about the latest Sound Blaster Z ?

It won't be bad for me to save some bucks and use that in a good HP Any thoughts on Sound Blaster Z vs Titanium HD? I don't mind getting the Titanium HD, sounds like a good deal to me.
