I see, u have a 20" monitor that means 1600*900 resolution. i have a 20" monitor also and i get above 60-80FPS in max latest games at max settings by a 7850.i suggest u to take a 1080p monitor(u can sell ur old one and get a brand new! u should increase ur budget a little bit for that) and get a 7950 at 31k(by vanguard) and a "Cooler master GX550" at 6.3k, Thermaltake Commander GS-II at 3.8k. total 41k.extra 1k will not be prb i think. . A 7950 for a 20" monitor is useless i think, cz u can not determine the difference of frames when it is above 50

Not a bad casing, I also use Space but mine sucks , both the compartments would fit. Get a PSU with Vanguard's help from BG member discount thread

And try your luck to find a 7950 if you can. Its really a good card for High-def gameplay on bigger resolutions

There is going to be a small gpu bottleneck if you get the hd-7950,
    Take the 7870.

    - - - Updated - - -

And Yeah I bought one new 7950 at about 29k, you might strike a good deal if you bargain.

Well, a 660ti should do it. Tt smart *50w are semi-modular. +12 cpu and motherboard connectors aren't modular. Yeah the wires are a little short. But shouldn't create any issue unless you are using a full tower case. And i don't think the smart ¤30w units are that good.
My probable next build: Qisan MagicForce 68 (Outemu switch) / Teamwolf Zhuque+ 87 TKL (Outemu) / Monoprice Select series full size (Outemu/Gateron) / Drevo Gramr 84 TKL (Outemu) • Logitech G102 Prodigy • Deepcool Dukase V3 / Thermaltake Versa U21 • Superlux HD 681 • Creative Sound Blaster E1 • LG 22MP68VQ • SteelSeries QcK • Generic executive chair • others TBA

djrock please don't bother me. You are in my ignore list so I don't have to see literal poop.

@Two Face ...really thnx for ur detailed sugggestion..ami er age kono branded psu kini nai..so don't have much clear idea..can u xplain me the difference between a non modular nd modular psu...
nd another question...gtx 670 er current market price koto??is my budget of 40k enough for both gpu nd psu..nd won't the 670 bottlenecked by my i3 2100 cpu??? :/
@Ahnaf_i7X ...i calculated the total consumption of my pc in the thermaltake website(without any gpu)..it was ~300-310w...so the new card is gonna consume about max 200w afaik...so a 550w psu will be enough i guess...
