Default suggest me a cheaper mobile for net use

Guys, can u suggest me a mobile within 3k budget (max 4k if only must) ...with that i can use moderate Internet... mainly bg, cellbazar, game spot .. and occasional mp3 download. I m not sure is it possible or not to use net with such limited budget mobile.. kinda noob with mobile.

    Thanks in advance.
