Link3 new connection
So, here's my link3 story that ended before it even started.
My current connection (Zip, been using it for 8yrs now & it is the BEST, only connectivity is no more as reliable) has been troubling me lately so i decided to switch to link3 since I've heard so many good things about their service. So with high hopes I called them up (got the no. from their site).
some woman picked up & said "hello" (c'mon u r an organization at least show some professionalism & say ur org. name!), so I confirmed from my end if i was indeed talking to someone from link3. anyways i told her i want to talk about a new connection & in a split second i was put on hold (no, no please hold no nothing). after almost 30sec on hold someone else picked up, again i said i was interested to take a connection & he said "line-e thaken" & again put me on hold. by this time i was getting pissed & was considering whether to hang up but i wanted to see how far this goes. anyways after another min or so another woman picked up, i repeated myself & was put on hold, another 30sec later another guy picked up, repeated myself again, put on hold, then he received again & said "sorry the guy i transferred to isnt picking up so plz leave ur number". so i left him my contact & he said i'll be contacted asap.
the call never came.
2nd attempt (2/3 days later)-
despite my humiliating first experience, again i decided to call them up (c'mon i was desperate for a better connection). so again i call, some woman picks up, same story- i was put on hold without any warning, only this time it was for longer. after almost 1min i heard someone pick up for a second then again put on hold. another 30sec later i heard someone pick up for a sec & again put on hold & then again it happened. at this time i decided enuff is enuff.
if an isp cant even talk to a potential customer properly, wonder what kind of support i'll be getting after i take the connection & something happens (considering this is cable connectivity). may be i'd have to beg them for weeks b4 they'd take pity on me & fix it.
so thank you link3 for the lesson, u can shove ur connection up ur....
word of advice- try to be a little professional, i work at customer service too & if an agent of mine behaved like that to a caller he'd be terminated so fast wouldnt even get the chance to pack his bags.
you contacted with the wrong department surely. Anyway check this >>>https://www.facebook.com/groups/1325...5437617495195/ <<and contact with the person in charge of your area.

anyways too late, already got connected to ISPROS (whole area). so link3 lost a large potential client base for their unprofessional bahavior. & if they dont correct themselves, im sure this wont be the last.
link of the site ?
