Default Lost my savegames and my sister's files please help

I posted on Link3 thread that a DNS Cache Poisoning attack was distorting my broadband before i had the ultimatum of formatting my stuff and breaking partitions(I asked you guys to help but nowhere as it seems my post was updated). It wasn't easy i had been going through rough patches here and there personally and somehow forgot my User files of two years i sort of lost myself later. Worse i lost my sister's files of five years of videos, photos, music and other stuff(she cried literally and wasn't a mild problem it was the only stuff she had that was very dear to her) I thought i copied her and other folders on the HDD to my brothers Portable. Unfortunately the stupid Terabyte software didn't get the job done exactly(It was highlighted with the folders along my sisters stuff). Now i heard there are recovery software for this and i need your absolute help, this problem hit the ceiling of all my problems so please help i need specific technical advisement. I had recopied files only one time in my HDD later after reading articles i decided instead to move them to my bros portable instead of deleting them(cause the effectiveness of recovery decreases if i keep deleting files)

@dipanzan @Badhon and any other experts.

I was using ESET smart Security and Malwarebytes simultaneously. None of these were helping get the job done well enough

i used ontrack data recovery software to restore images deleted from a sd card and it successfully recovered 61 out of 64 images. you can try that too in a different pc and connect your hdd. may be you can recover most if not all.

there are many data recovery software out there, e.g get data back, stellar phoenix, recuva. But don't expect much.
you should have been careful before formatting your hdd.

you can recover some files from unwritten spaces but you will get only a small portion of files recovered if you break the partition. at least you can give it a try.

Also sometimes they recover wrong files even sometimes attach two files (one is your original file and other is some random file) and show them as a single recovered file. So be cautious if you have porn in that partition. (No, I'm not kidding)
And if you have already formatted your HDD then you have very little hope.

Ok Great so i tried my best to recover my sister's files but not working much so far. Now get this i tried to install Win XP SP3 from CD. While in Booting i saw that the partition i already created for XP was only 1MB left while i saw 6.5GB in Win 7. Then i tried deleting the partition turns out everyone of the partition was gone , i mean god am already stuck with a malware thats still eating my net speed away. I reinstall in XP and am trying to use the recovery software left in my bro's portable to retrieve it back. Just am asking how worse afterwards things could get

I needed to Dual boot because i had to get rid of the malware using XP, worked 7/10 times in my life. Also the drives were all Dynamic instead of Basic(due to some silly mistake that happened)

Does anyone know any good Partition Recovery softwares that can get the job done to retrieve files? I heard they are more effective than Recovery softwares at Partition search. This is the last attempt before i put this behind me completely somehow so any good advice?

Thanks to share this article. If you accidently deleted files, emptied Trash Bin, reinstall operating system and lost important files, or formatted hard drive, data recovery software will help you to recover the lost files.
