the board is pretty good, a lot of people recommend it on ocn and I would seriously put this over the msi z77 GD65 or a similar gigabyte board and the price is great too. Although I do think that this board has analogue vrms, that is probably one of the only few places that it has a negative point in but though that won't matter much either. Im not sure though whether the ex 6 has analogue vrms or not but I am sure that the ex 4 had them.

Asus P8z77 boards are better than the ex 6 though.
    FTW!!!!!!!!!!

X-Fast LAN its like a scheduler that gives priority to certain applications.Like while gaming u just give higher priority to game. its kinda worthless. because most people havent seen any difference. Me neither. even a cheap Realtek GbE LAN can manage 25-40ping in call of duty 4(local net) & 90MB/s(avg) for large files.

X-fast USB wont be needed in windows 8 probably.in win7 it wont boost up more than 20%. so its not needed.

Instant boot - disables a few checks so system boots up a bit faster. its actually not needed.
Virtue is good when u have to worry a lot about power saving & u do frequent video transcoding. if not its totally useless.

& there should not be any kind of driver problems.

Amio recently Asrock Xtreme 6 kinsi awesome akta board. To answer your questions:

Xfast LAN: No need it actually made my net slower. Had a ping of 45-50 in CSS where I used to get 10-15.
Xfast USB: Install korte paren kono prob hobe na but this software is optional.
Insta Boot: Windows ektu (and I mean very slightly) fast boot hoi, again optional.
Virtua MVP: This is the only software worth installing. I am using a 670 so I didn't see any noticeable difference with or w/o this software. Low end cards may benefit from this.

And finally Win7 naki Win8. Personally I prefer Win7 bcoz it is stable, most games and drivers are made for this OS, where as Win8 is new so it might create some conflict among the driver. Its better to stick to Win7 64 bit but then again thats just my opinion.
