If u want HD, then it may require around 13k... 18.5 inch or 19 inch doesn't usually supports hd..(as far I know!)

Is the model no. given by you is correct ?
What is the function of DVI input ?
LG E2042C 20 Inch Wide Screen LED Monitor does not have DVI port

Those LG monitor model no. that begin with 20** something will be 1600*900 resolution ... and LG E2042C got 1600*900 resolution so its not full HD monitor. Go for LG E2042C or LG E2040T whichever model u found within 10k, both are similar in picture quality... just check the manufacture date is latest ... Ryans e khoj nie dheken .. E2042c thakar khotha.
