Nope, they are 22" full HD with HDCP supported DVI. And there is no difference in video with DVI or HDMI, they both use same technology to provide video. HDMI = DVI+Digital Audio. Hence, everyone can not afford a Receiver to decode digital audio, so digital audio is useless.
But, HDMI might be useful for those who wants to connect Xbox or PS directly to a monitor.

Ya, I use HDMI for consoles and Blu-Ray, one of my friend use HDMI for PC and consoles. So, a DVI only monitor is useless for people like us. Also HDCP encrypted Blu-Ray discs won't display anything when played through a DVI monitor.

but if you are only playing games on PC and have no plan on watching Blu-Ray discs then then, it is up to your preference on which connector you want in your monitor.

@seller, sorry for getting off topic.

It's true for old DVI connectors. Today's DVI support HDCP. And now, all of the full hd display of the market has HDCP compliant DVI. HDCP is just an encryption and can be used with DVI, HDMI, DP, GVIF, UDI ports.
