Default Budget 90k - Need Suggestion For Building A Gaming PC

A cousin of mine resides in the uk and he plans to buy a gaming pc from a budget of 105k BDT (860) from Amazon.co.uk. He wants to make it as cost-effective as possible. I need suggestions for the following:

    1. GPU: He already opted for EVGA Nvidia GTX 680 4 GB DDR5. However, I'm not sure whether that would be cost-effective as far as his budget goes.

    2. Motherboard

    3. Processor

    4. RAM

    5. Chasis

    6. PSU

That's all for now. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I guess it was way too many suggestions to ask for. So, I cut it down to 6. Please suggest six of these from a budget of 105k (860). BTW, he needs cooler for sure. Which one would you suggest?

    Processor- i5 3570K (171) or i7 3770K if you're doing more than gaming.

    Mobo- ASrock Z77 extreme 4 (101.98)

Ram- Get an AMD DDR3 1600 Dual Channel 8GB
    (43)

    PSU- Corsair TX750 Enthusiast series
    (90)

Thats total 40K out of your budget, if you still save money i suggest buying good gaming equipments pay homage to the lifestyle with the luxury you have.

Budget? If you can, get a XSPC Raystrom Kit from abroad, if lower then CLCs are your only bet, if higher, then well... the sky is the limit bro.
There is no point of getting 1866MHz memory modules as those yield very little gaming performance, instead use that money to get a proper watercooling kit, and no I'm not talking about a CLC.

@Rakin7 , indeed. No point. Let me research into that watercooling kit you mentioned.

Someone Should seriously change the title and yeah why not a Water Cooling System? its seem like a legit idea since you added 15K extra on your budget.

^That was for the graphics card. Anyway, @Rakin7 , he's going for Asus Gtx 670 2 gb ddr5. He's not gonna overclock. The rest of his system are as follows:

    1. i5 2500k
    2. ASrock Z77 extreme 4. Thanks to @Trave160
    3. 16 gb ddr3 1600mhz corsair vengeance (4gb x 4) (blue ones)
    4. Corsair TX650 Enthusiast series. Thanks to trave again.
    5. zalman z11 plus (chassis) - it's his choice.

Does he need watercooling kit for that? He's not gonna overclock for now.

As for chassis, should I tell him to go for this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Aerocool-Str...8531297&sr=1-2

It looks cool, is kind of spacious, has got led blue light. Do you think it's good enough or he should get a better one? His budget for casing is around 50.

Well it depends...If He doesn't Over Clock now then there is no need to get a Watercool kit nor a decent cooler....If He plans to OC later on for sure then he'll need something to cool off that CPU but it depends, does he have any experience of OC'ing??? only Professional tweakers should get a Waterkit because they seriously know what to do and obviously make some better use of the thing by chilling down on that higher clock rate on times of Extreme OCing ... Or if he's new at this OC'ing and still wants a go to feel the thrill, then he can get a normal cooler and set up a fixed higher clock for some slight-good performance boost
Thing is you gotta have some idea on what you're doing

No offense(if I'm incorrect), but by sound of it I'm convinced that your cousin's a noob in this as in the first place he wanted suggestions from you which ended you up to open a thread for further info's,not that I'm discouraging you in any ways but just saying whats need to...the fact u know, to prove he's sort of a newbie...

Whats going to be best for him, is to get a Core i5 3570 (non k) as He's not gonna overclock or not anytime soon, you've mentioned this 2 times(got the feeling from this that he's not much interested)....SO I strongly suggest him to get that i5 3570,
Pura hassle free,Extra takao bachbe on Mobo and Coolings..and much much more superior than that 2500k on stock..its like the second best nok K processor and am guaranteed to satisfy all his need...Just spend the extra money on something more practical, like a Sound card or a good Gaming mouse or even a Mechanical key..

This OC'ing thing as you see ain't so simple,if wrongly done things can really go out of the line big time plus OC as I see, is more friendly for dedicated enthusiasts...I mean like how much of a boost are you going to get in gaming? highest 20% by spending like 20-30k more ? :/ pure waste...He's gonna have a GTX 680/90 for goodness sake = moooooooore than enough for gaming.. Hope this helps and sry for this huge @$$ reply

No not really. Tell him so use that cash elsewhere as investing in a cooling system when he is not going to actually overclock is stupid, so is getting a 2500k but if he does plan to overclock in the future he can grab a cooler then, right now invest on a better board maybe? The Asrock Extreme6 looks like it'll be worth the extra dough. He can though grab a Hyper 212 to go with the build as its dirt cheap. The Zalman Z11 Plus is a good case with all the bling bling but honestly it doesn't even have that much room to work with, but then again its cheap and its a mid tower.
