If you are looking into pure performance, then the Frio OCK wins hands down, but the Hyper 412 is cheaper iirc and if you are looking to clock it at only 4.2GHz, both will do your job just fine.

Not sure why you are saying this, but the default fans which come with the 212+/Evo is good enough. The BladeMaster generally out performs most of the aftermarket fans, but that only comes with the 212 Plus. The Evo however has higher RPM fans, and buying better fans wont necessarily do much since the cooler is limited by itself compared to bigger towers like Frio.

@XARIF , if you are planning to overclock that FX in your sig, I'd highly suggest against it. Your motherboard just doesn't have the power phase for such high an OC, and you'd really need something beefier when you stress all eight threads when checking temps. AMD processors don't like it above 62.5C(core temps) mind you which no one seems to point out lately. I don't know what the Bulldozer threshold is, but should be similar. Lastly you'd need a very good PSU for extra load, BD chips are notorious for their ridiculed power draw above manufacture frequencies.
