Unhappy The End Of NEED FOR SPEED

It seems the time has come where our long running+most wanted+loving nfs series is coming to an end. This is just 中中ed up.I mean ea is just gone mad.Or they just simply don't have talented team+hope to do something for nfs.this what's about......:
Currently there is a rumour going on, that Electronic Arts might cut the Need for Speed series. Read this, posted on 1UP:

Not more than a month after the release of Need For Speed: Undercover, the Electric Playground is reporting that Electronic Arts may be cutting the franchise entirely. The videogame web show claims that future titles in the series have been canceled. EA director of communications Colin Macrae provided Electric Playground with the following comment:

"We're working through a process on people, products, and facilities at EA and don't have any announcements today."

Undercover, the most recent entry in the long-running franchise, was received fairly well but didn't crack the top 20 in the NPD sales charts for the month of November.

This might not be all that bad. Another dev like Codemasters can get the rights to it.

    codemasters is great
they are releasing GRID 2 And Fuel
The FUEL game world is said to be 6000 square kilometers in size and players would be able to go anywhere they want. The gameworld will not have any loading times while racing from one point to another. The players get to choose from a variety of both 2-wheeled vehicles as 4-wheeled vehicles.
    so don't worry about this

Honestly, who the heck cares? Us Bangladeshis need to get it in our heads that there are other racing games/simulations and that 80% of them are better than NFS. I bet 1 out of four here has heard about PGR, and 0 out of 100 that has played it. Geez! Even tyhe newest Crash Nitro Kart is better than the NFS crap that are coming out now. It died with Most Wanted. EA failed every time after that.

yeah true ..... there are many great racing games ...... like the burnout series is now the main racing series for EA ...... and other series are there like project gotham racing ........

but i must say EA has totally ruined NFS series ...... da NFS series is the longest running series i guess ..... they shud not have made it trashed ......... i must say it is totally EA's fault ....... look at Fifa series ...... each year they slightly change some things and re-release it ....... fao fao taka kamacche ....... luk at NFS underground ....... wat an awesome racing game it was and how rubbish is the new undercover !!!!

EA talks business now.... a few years ago they meant business... now after 3 years of pure suckin...... i just hope EA will learn something.... i personally am a huge fan of NFS. and i dont wanna see this to end....I just hope tht EA makes something good now...... And speaking of Codemasters, to my opinion they rocked with grid... coz they took time to make it and not hurried like EA did with Undercover. I checked GAME at Star Sports. They obviously said UC rocked. (coz EA sponsored the show). EA Should have a time out for 2-3 years or so and make something tht will bring the Adrenaline Rush feeling back....

Joss, shobaire thank you dilam. xD.

I agree with most of you. =).

NFS WAS GOOD! But as far as I know, from STATS, Gran Turismo ALWAYS OWNED the racing world, then came in Project Gotham Racing, and finally came in Need For Speed, I dunno why you guys love NFS THIS MUCH. =S. Try playing GT or PGR, or GRID. ^_^
Australian-I feel for ya bro gaming on a piece of crap you should be twice as good at any game you play. Thats really really a scary thought. Part of me does not want you to get a new rig.
