Default Please help to buy a graphics card and psu

I am trying to update my PC's graphics card. I current have AMD 4250 IGP. I want to buy a graphics card. My budget is around 16K but I have default power supply with casing so I might also have to bye a power supply too. Can anybody please suggest me what to buy?

Now a days I am not so much hard core gamer but still a big fan of Hitman and GTA series. One of the main reseon to buy the card is playing this 2's 5th versions. So I want a card which can support this two games. Obviously graphics quality will be much lower and that is not that matter(finished GTA 4 on amd 4250 IGP and Hitman 4 on nvidia 6200 but sill enjoyed them much) but the games have to run smoothly with low to mid low settings.

I am also avoiding AMD. I am mainly linux user and use win7 only for gaming and win app developing. Fade up of AMD's driver support on Linux(Specially their abandon of support of pre 5k cards{seriusly? 8xx motherboards are still on sale}). So I am thinking of buying Nvidia this time.

I searched the ucc and ryans's site and found this 4 cards.

    1. MSI N550GTX-Ti Tk. 12,500.00 http://www.ucc-bd.com/msi-n550gtx-ti...e-ii-1gd5.html
    2. MSI NVIDIA GTX 650 Tk. 14,000.00 http://www.ucc-bd.com/nvidia-gtx-650...vi-d-hdmi.html
    3. MSI N640GT-MD2GD3/OC Tk. 10,500.00 http://www.ucc-bd.com/n640gt-md2gd3-...dmi-d-sub.html
    4. Gigabyte N6500C 2GB DDR5 TK 13,000 http://ryanscomputers.com/index.php/...em_Details/883

Which one should be better? Or anything else? Also please suggest a power supply(I know quite nothing about psu's brands). Both have to fit on 16k.

    Thanks in advance

All of the cards are more or less the same but I would recommend the 550 ti and this power supply:

    http://www.ucc-bd.com/litepower-500w-atx-2-0.html

    Your cost: 12.5k + 4.6k = 17.1k

    - - - Updated - - -

Considering your budget its best you buy an AMD card. You will get a better deal for your money

Gtx 560 will be a very good offer but you also need to have at least 6k psu which means 12+6=18k
