Default Steelseries Sensei RAW Rubberized or Glossy? :/

So guys today I broke my x7's left click after it suddenly stopped working,at first I flipped out and started shaking and later slammed the mice a few times hoping it would work but ultimately I ended up breaking the left click cover thing..how stupid of me..it still works though but I've to click around 3 times for it to work...it served me for about 10 months ,almost equivalent to the life span of a typical razer mice therefore I no regret

Now I plan on to buy a new mouse in order to move ahead...I started searching on amazon with a budget of 50 bucks and fell in love with this SS Sensei RAW *_*...really liked the sound of the white illumination of the logo over the black background, pretty classic huh ....hell I never knew before that a cheaper version of the sensei existed...

but now I'm confu about a thing that there are two types of surface of this mice: one is Rubberized ,the other glossy....in terms of looks the glossy obviously has the upper hand,& the rubberized has better grip....but I read in a forum that the rubber one absorbs a lot of sweat making it very slippery and worse than the glossy one(even some said glossy one is better if its cleaned regularly)... Please I need some expert advice on this about which to get...If anyone has ever used this mouse, pls tell which did you choose and how was the experience..so pls, fill me in bros( no homo)
    Regards

I think they are on a sell so have to get them asap,

    or

    http://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Se...elseries+ikari

p.s-no Zowie AM suggestions ,not this time pls...and I mostly play FPS[CSS]

Lol, if you are hard set on the Sensei, get the Glossy one, most people don't like the rubber grip of the Sensei RAW, so just get the glossy one, and if it gets too oily clean it with hexasol. I love the rubber sides of my deathadder black though, I'd never wanna loose that for a glossy one.

I hear Computer Source brought SS Raws, priced at 8k though.

Also not sure if they're the glossy or the normal ones.

Decide which grip you want first. I prefer the Deathadder over the Sensei (Not RAW the original Sensei) and the Zowie AM mostly because of the 1:1 ratio and grip. And no its not because I own an Deathadder myself, I have owned the Sensei and Zowie AM. But probably in your case you will never be satisfied with anything other than a Sensei, so just go grab one and play.
OT again: You play only in the cafes? I've never seen you on any of the servers lol.

I currently play with the nick derp™, and yeah, I'm a palm gripper, but occasionally I do claw grip. Zowie AM feels like its on a diet with those slim sides, so yeah shape wise the Sensei is better but the sensor on the Zowie is optical which is most preferred for soft surfaces and the Zowie has a somewhat 1:1 ratio with no acceleration.

I've the Sensei RAW [Glossy Edition]. I wish I had a camera to give an idea, the coating is really nice if your hands get sweaty, you can just wipe it off with a cloth and it's good as new. The rubberized version is like the original, I don't like that coating. I've the XAi R.U.S.E, Sensei Normal Edition, RAW Edition. The normal edition is the best in terms of hardware, but the coating wears off.

If you are used to the XAi/Sensei shape, get the RAW...if not then get the DA. The DA has a much better sensor, but a bulky shape which might or might not suit you, depends on the person using.

@Loners Persona -.- Here you go, don't mind the quality...taken from mobile.

    No problem.

I'll take a side by side picture of all three Steelseries variants, XAi, Sensei, and RAW.
