It's just as it is supposed to be. A proper 512 connection with doable FUP Policy. It isnt newhere near as crappy as qubee.

I have used Banglalion 1mbps connection. Their FUP is not so bad now. I had another thread where I mentioned the policy they used earlier which had a hard data limit.
Now, when you download continuously during the peak hours (10pm to 4am) they reduce your speed to half and lasts upto 6am the same day. I think they have the best reliability out of any ISP even including link3 which I am using now. Video streaming was almost always flawless and web pages loaded reasonably quickly. I only changed ISP as I wanted to play multiplayer games with low latency.

Banglalion is very good for browsing and the FUP I can live with. I usually have 30+ GB download every month and the only FUP is that 10pm to 4am where if your usage per 30 minutes is more than 70 MB you will get speed reduced to 256. But, theres a trick that I do. Limit your download @40kBps so that it won't exceed the limit and you will have a bit better download speed than 256kbits. And another trick is if you dont disconnect the your connection after 10pm, chances are that it won't get FUPed.

And I play some online multiplayer too like- LoL, MW3, PS2 etc. Ping is a bit higher than broadband but it's okay. What makes Banglalion so good is its stability and no downtime.
