If you are making wifi hotspot from 3G/EDGE connection, android smartphones can do it. Or you can buy a MiFi.
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mifi-Devices/lm/R219C7UKNUW0BJ

If you are making wifi from Qubee/Banglalion modem that has RJ45 LAN port, any wireless router will do it. Or you can get a portable router too like this and power from usb or power pack http://www.amazon.co.uk/Link-TL-WR70...6368610&sr=8-1

You can make a wifi out of 3G/EDGE usb modems with a device like this

The router USB ports are for HDDs to be mounted for central file sharing, very rarely have I seen an actually functional 'bus interface.'

The nano router is available at bd. TL-MR3020 model @3800tk with usb modem support. check if it supports your modem, there is a webpage with list of supported modem. this model has three modes(Router, AP) which can be configured.

there is another one without usb modem support TL-WR702N and I have this one. this one has five modes (Router, AP, Repeater, Client). this was 2800tk at IDB two months back.
