Default Suggest "components" for only "System Unit" within 50k

1.I need a Gaming system that is also capable of performing Graphics Design associated tasks.
3.Autocad Maya CS6 for graphics work
    2.Overclocking isn't my priority.
    3.Good looking chassis(cooling performance isn't a factor)
    4. 1366x768 display
    5. No multiplayer gaming
    6. I can wait till Q4 2013 if it brings any convenience

(A suggestion from you would help me a lot)

I suggest you go for an i5 if you are taking high End GPU. But if you are taking mid class like 7770 I think an i3 would be enough in that case.

I can't agree to go with i5 on a 50k budget. I run a gtx 560 ti on i3 2120 and the cpu seems to be well capable of handling much more powerful gpu.

As for to be futureproof.. this probably never works out with PCs. for example, you can save 6k by getting an i3 instead of i5. by the time you will need to upgrade to a higher performance cpu, better performing cpu may come out with lower price or even the i5 price may come down to that 6k!

I3 2100 is enough... Unless next gen 4A titles tend to b cpu dependent... Better not worry now... Take an i3 2100 and save the cash for a better gpu... Try to get atleast a hd7870 to b more future proof

i3 2100 or 2120 if price difference is 400/500 tk. i5 will barely give 1 fps more then i3.
