Default Premium RAM vs Value RAM

As title said, what is the difference between Premium RAM and Value RAM?
Like, G skill ripjaw, Corsair vengeance, Adata XPG and Twinmos value, Transcend value, Adata value.

If all RAM has same bus speed, same timing, consider every thing is same. In default settings, without OC, will there be any real visible difference in performance?

Only spend money on premium ram if you do not have anywhere else to spend. That sums it up.

In default settings, without OC, there will be zero performance difference. those so called Premium RAM's are PC3-19200 (2400mhz*64/8=19200MB/s). they have better internal orientation of storage chips & better heat dissipation capability to cope up with higher frequency like 2400mhz....where entry level Twinmos/Transcend modules are either PC3-10664 or PC3-12800....

$190 per 4 GB. Well, it is only possible for a billionaire. I think i am happy with my Transcend Value and will go for value RAM in the future till i become a billionaire.

My 16GB TridentX cost ~$225. That's a lot considering I could have gotten entry level 16GB for $60 to $70 iirc.

But, if i overclock a Ram wouldn't it be a pressure on Ram controller. Like, now Intel processor integrates Ram controller which has supported bus 1600 Mhz. That mean's with a 2000 Mhz Ram the Ram controller will be pushed up to provide 2000 Mhz clock, will it do any harm to processor.

^^ Doing this is better if possible. Unfortunately, I do not have the time/patience to go thru oc config/testing. I bought things that are certified for a certain level of oc which saved me all the headache but cost me a bit more money. I'm happy with the tradeoff.
