    Default i7 860 vs i5 3450

    Hello, i need bit help.

My internet provider offers some hardware for sell and im thinking to get a new computer.
I have a HD pavilion elite HPE right now and it use CPU i7 860 2.8 GHz and its 2 year old now and i really use my pc alot cause its connected to my job.

So and my internet provides offers me a new one whit CPU i5 3450 3.5 GHz and from what ive seen around its better in allmost every test. Could it be?
The price for whole comptures is actually a good offer as it comes complete whit monitor and so on. Well its complete.
I would just move than my ram to new PC as i have there 16gb and the new one has 8gb.
