May be one of those Krogan kid will be the new hero (because as far as I can remember from ending cutscene they were the only uncontaminated race remained). There will be a dialogue where our new krogan protagonist will say," Legend says if it wasn't for great commander Shepard we wouldn't be here. He sacrificed Humanity for our Kroganity." Then there is Love Interest where you have to completely immerse yourself into the charecter, you have to think like him, feel like him, have to have perspective like him because only a Krogan can see the beauty of a female/male/(or any new gender they will introduce) krogan but no human can. Then there will be option to switch between first & third person view & many of us will probabbly play in fps view or otherwise our protagonist Krogan will take 3/4 th of the total screen with his body mass. In the new adventure our Krogan protagonist will be burdened with the responsibility to save the fragile Kroganity from a school kid who will at the end of the game will give u a very difficult choice between a delicious RED lollipop ond ORANGE Kroganity - The choice is yours. New colours & options will be added via DLCs.

I'm glad. Aurora engine had too little positives and so many negatives. The way it handled the large scale moments of ME3 ingame disappointed me a lot. I had to use ENB mods to make it look half-decent.

who cares about speperd ?? mass effect is all about the universe and the adventures and the little details about the races. i cant give two ¤¤¤¤ about the individual characters. lets see how they recover from the crap ending of me3. maybe its going be a prequel.or 100-200 after me3. what ever , just make it like me1 and all will be fine.

I don't have high hopes with Bioware anymore like I used to. After DA:2, they improved with ME3 but the ending was crap.

Shepard has gone long enough and lived an eventful life. Mass Effect 3 ending was NOT crap. Sure, it had a few unanswered questions, but that just gives way for a post-climax instalment. Just like the end of the first game in the series. Normandy crashed, and story was to be continued in a later game. Not all story ends happily and definitely not Shepard's. There's not much to speculate about a fourth game though. I heard it might as well be a prequel. Maybe we get a better view at the Prothean empire? Or maybe, thousands of years later, that kid in the prologue of ME3 finally gets to see the stars and has an adventure on his/her own. They might even introduce playable races.

At any rate, new games from BioWare is mostly a good news.

Do you know Shepard can survive after ME3 ends? It's not about whether he lives or not. It's about those glaring plotholes and lack of closure that were evident throughout the ending. The Extended Cut didn't really help that much either. I think new DLC will shed even more light on the ending.

Although, here's an interesting theory: some people are speculating that all the events after Shepard saw that little boy in London, the process of his reaper indoctrination began and thus forth all the things that happened after that moment are all a dream. The dreams within this dream that you saw with Shepard chasing this little boy are actually Shepard diving deeper into this madness. Also, in the ending where Shepard is seen to breathe, he is underneath concrete rubble which suggests he is in Earth after the battle. That's kinda weird.

Yes, sir. I did get the breathing scene in one of my plays-through. Yes, there were a lot of unanswered questions and loose ends, but maybe that's just how the story is. I would rather let the writer keep his/her creative licence. Stories, just like the Reapers, simply...are. That being said, I do not want to turn this into an ME3-ending-debate or bore you with one of these philosophies, so I'll stop here and keep my fingers crossed for ME4! =)

creative licence ? by that you mean how they mix mach all the lovecraftian space horror with popular space sci fi shows like star trek , babylon 5 and what not. look i like mass effect , i like the worlds , the lores and stuff. but i also know where they got the ideas from. so i am totally cool with it.t of this world.cause that's how creative process works. you don't just create something uniq out of the air. you cant.

the thing is the build up was so good in mass effect trilogy , even me3 has some really really great wow moments. and then they killed it with the shitty paceless ending . and the fact they pulled most of the endind idea from a metal band video is ridiculous. creative licence my ¤¤¤. if they were 10 % honest with there true vision like me1 , me3 would have been a masterpiece but i don't blame the devs or designers , i blame the corporate publicer EVIL ARTS who pushed the development and didn't gave devs the freedom they needed.

There is no need to be engaging in profanities. You have your views; I have mine. I thought this is where we politely express them but evidently not.

Well, good day to you, sir! =)

bioware has titles that have a lot of potential, but they have been screwing up bad lately. DA2 was uber epic failure. ME3, the whole game was awesome but the ending simply killed it. So i am not very hopeful about their games anymore.

the ME trilogy has perhaps one of the best story in video games. Personally my favorite was ME2. ME3 was .............. the whole game was brilliant, the story was spectacular, gameplay was superb but at the end they fu**ed it up big time. The fantastic build up of the three games was destroyed in a single moment. If they are to continue from where ME3 left of then they will have to fix up the story or else ME4 will fail big time. They could do an awesome prequel though.
