boot loader? you mean windows bootscreen?
if so, then this might help you.

if u meant boot animation, then use bootskin from stardock. its free and safe

or if u meant customized boot menu,
then use EasyBCD
u can add or edit Vista, XP, Linux any OS u already have installed in ur HD
i used it to install XP on top of Vista
