    Default Nvidia GeForce 310.70 Download & Discussion

    The new GeForce 310.70 drivers are now available to download. The culmination of our recent beta releases, these WHQL-candidate drivers improve performance by up to 37% in the year's most popular games, add TXAA support to Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Assassin's Creed III, make Sparse Grid Supersampling easier to use, get your system ready for the latest releases, including Far Cry 3, Hitman: Absolution and Planetside 2, and resolve key issues, like shadow flickering in Assassin's Creed III.

    Complete details about every change and feature can be found on GeForce.com.

    Windows Vista, 7, and 8 32-bit and 64-bit desktop and notebook downloads are available here.

    Don't compare OC'd cards with stock cards because the stock cards can be OC'd as well. The 7970 has big room for OC.

    I don't know if the 680 is on top again, we'll have to wait for some benches. But it should be at least equal.

    I don't see any reviews up on the internet that backs up nvidia's 16% performance boost claims in game titles other than Far Cry 3.

    @aayman Thanks for the post!
    A valid comparison would be a if both the cards are OCed. If you compare a stock card with a OCed one, then a GTX670 Windforce 3x OC is similar to a stock GTX 680 and sometimes a bit better too.

    Sonething will come up eventually. The BF3 improvement is legit, didn't even need to bench to tell the difference. I can only do a Metro bench but doubt that will show much changes.
