Question I need a good Neurologist

    Hi,
My mom is having a bit of memory related problems and i think it will be good for her to see a Neurologist.
Does anyone know of any good Neurologist in Dhaka and from which hospital?

    Thanks.
    A. Degrading fellow human beings over the internet is the only way for social rejects to feel any sense of empowerment whatsoever

    B. If one party understands something that the other party doesn't, degrading that person leads to an enhanced self-perception of intelligence

    C. The internet is a clear depiction of our natural aggression towards each other as a species, that will undoubtedly wipe itself off the planet at some point in time.

You may want to know a few things before you proceed.

    • You may have to wait for a few months for your serial to come up, so its best to book an appointment ASAP.
    • On the visiting day, take all necessary documents and current/previous medication records.
    • You may even have to wait for 7-8 hours, so be prepared. There are a few fastfood shops within 2 minute walking distance.
    • The place is supposed to be very crowded, so keep that in mind. FYI, the roof is usually accessible.

Wow, thanks a lot guys for your help. If anyone else know of any other good neurologist feel free to mention the name & hospital here.

I don't think my mom can wait that long, but thanks a tonne for mentioning the details.

Wow, thanks a lot guys for your help. If anyone else know of any other good neurologist feel free to mention the name & hospital here.
well my father was suffered from meninjitis and died on 8th oct,2012. we tried 3 different hospital but couldnt save him. in this country we have few good neurologist. din mohahmad, rashiduddin, sirajul haque, rizvi are the only good neuro doctor in bangladesh. my advice would be go to abroad if u dont have any other problems

    I'll start again
    And whatever pain may come
    Today this ends
    I'm forgiving what I've done

Am not sure about this but you could try Uttara Crescent Hospital I visited a doctor a few times over there. But I think there are better options outside Uttara

I once managed to make an appointment with Deen Muhammad and met him on same day for my old man with the help of my sister's reference (she is a doctor). But What bothered me the most is that dr. deen Muhammad hardly spent few minutes which bothered me a lot.

Getting an appointment and finally get to see Dr. Quazi Deen Muhammad will take a load of time and patience. usually around 20 days or more.
Not recommend for patient who are in clinically critical state. You can try stating the condition by being there in person and that might help u to get an early appointment.

I would only recommend Dr deen Muhammad if your patient have a critical disorder. For ordinary problem stick to others neurologist who holds/held professor position at Dhaka Medical hospital.

Isn't an overseas treatment a better option? Like heading over to India/Singapore/USA?

dont look at the one with too much degrees with short field exp. See if the doctor has long field experience. Professors always have lengthy field experience.

My personal KPI is doctors have to be in their 50's. juto bura doctor toto valo.
