Angry PC shutting down while Gaming

Hey Bros, my PC keeps shutting down when I run a heavy game (i.e. Assasins Creed 2, RE5 etc) for more than 1 hour. Normally, I can keep my PC up for over 2 days without any problem if Iam just browsing/downloading. Also after each forced shutdown, I find my PSU burning hot, CPU, GPU and Mobo are hot too much not as much as PSU... Any idea why?

    P.S. Iam using running a C2D, HD7750 with 4GB Ram on a builtin/stock local 420Watt PSU
Why does it feel more Real when Iam dreaming than when Iam awake???
If anyone knows why, then PM me plz..
