Question anyone know Livewire? ( from clickbd for ipad buying )

I am thinking of buying an ipad 4. I know about "Gadget & Gear" and wanted to buy from them. I knew they don't provide warranty and i had to accept that because, i knew no other option.

But i just found this http://www.clickbd.com/Livewire/ on clickbd, they are supposed to have four shops. They provide three days of warranty for phones and in case of ipad, they offered full 1 year :O http://www.clickbd.com/bangladesh/82...-warranty.html . Prices are below G&G too. Anyone here know them? how good are they in terms of reliability for providing the warranty they are offering?
