You can buy sapphire 7750 or gigabyte 7770. Prices are 10k+ and 11k+ respectively.
Sapphire gives two years of warranty and its one year for the gigabyte gpu.
You should have have a branded psu to run the 7770.
    Whats your monitor?

its LG W1953TE @ 1360x768 native resolution. And I dont wanna buy something that expensive. I want a graphics card within the 9900TK mark that requires no additional psu upgrades. I was thinking about something like Sapphire HD 6670 1gb ddr5 . Saw that it costs 8200TK only!

Yeah .... you can nearly max out all the graphics settings of the games with your native resolution
DOnt get so stubborn. agree to pay additional 800tk and you wont regret.

For Sapphire go to UCC. As @Reznov said UCC has a very bad customer service. Bought a Sapphire 7870 GHz OC Edition a few weeks back, working great so dont get too worried use your gpu with care and it will last for a long time.

You should buy a TT 650w PSU, plug in, Now try to find the PCI power port on your mighty 7750 to connect with the PSU, it can be anywhere in the card, its like a puzzle. Open the heatsink and fan even the chip if u have to. Solve it if you can. It will unfold a great mystery of 7750. AMD will grant you a Reward. a high end 8000 series may be. Good luck !!
