Default 2Tb External Hard Disk Info required!

Hey guys, I need some help regarding choosing an External Hard disk.

    1. Can someone recommend me a 2Tb external hard disk ?
    2. Do i need any kind of external power source to support that hard drive ?
3 Price and place from where I can get atleast 2-3 years of warranty.

It will be really helpful if someone can answer my queries. Thanks.

Whatever you buy don't go for Transcend external HDD. After few months they have a very common and infamous issue of disconnection. Disconnects very often and needs to connect again manually.
No external power required. External HDD's have 2 USB ports which you have to connect with PC.

afaik only external 2TB hdd without power supply is the western Digital one. WD gives 2 yrs warranty. Not sure if its available in BD yet. But I would go for WD ones. I use a Transcend 2 TB external which needs a power supply for about a year now. I bought it from BD. It has not given me any troubles yet.
