    Default XBox 360 controller durability

How durable are the original controllers? I dropped mine from about 3 feet high today and when I play my hands sweat a lot. Are these impervious to these type of tortures? Any feedback from hardcore users are welcome.

You'll be pleased to know that these original controller are VERY DURABLE i bought mine in the spring of 2009 and it's still going strong , the only problem i have had with them is that the analog caps came off after not using the controller for some time and i got both of them replaced for 300tk, and of course my controller has fallen from all heights, survived in a shipping freight and a bumpy ride to my house, so yeah i can speak for all 360 controller owners when i say the controllers are pretty good (My hands sweat to its pretty normal).

Thanks man, actually I was worried that sweats will leak inside the controller and that's why I left it to dry off at edge of my table and suddenly it fell. But good to hear from you. BTW, what do you mean "the analog caps came off after not using.....", u mean the sticks? How can it come off due to prolonged period of not using it?

I'm guessing rat or roaches chewed the cap off , and after it came off it was all oily so i had to get them replaced for the price mentioned above.
