    If possible go for any "Amd 7870 Ghz OC (1.25Ghz)" edition, its almost equal to a 7950 and much better then a 660ti

    try to buy a psu which has at least dual 12v rail and as much amp on those 12v rail as possible.....and also try to buy a modular psu which will make your cable management easier and would allow good airflow inside your case.....

    @fahimspider ...
    1)If u r looking for a cheap but good psu...go for the Coolermaster Gx 550w...price 6k
    2)7870 costs may b 25k...nd 660ti costs 33k
    3)in case of performace...660ti beats 7870..in some games the 660ti beats 7950...but i would suggest going for a HD7870(25k) nd download catalyst 12.11 driver..u will see a vast improvement...

    How the ¤¤¤¤ XFX power supplies are crap? Care to explain? @fahimspider your PSU is quite good, don't worry about it, it's quite a decent unit if it's the seasonic make.

    I prefer 7870Ghz OC or 7950 edition over any 660Ti. Synthetic benchmarks only tells half of the stories, and 660Ti is a severely bandwidth starved card which will topple at 1080p resolution.

    found this interesting benchmark comparison at guru3D where 660ti performs competitively with hd7950 (with bios update boost) in most of the real world gaming test

    if you are sure that the available hd7950 model which you are considering to buy includes this bios update or eligible for this bios update, then go for hd7950......else go for 660ti without any hesitation, provided that the price is reasonable
