    Default A PC within 45k

    As the title says, the budget is 45k. The PC is needed for my cousin. Gaming is not the main concern but he will play sometimes. I think he will be able to play with the built in gpu.
    Here is my estimated spec
    1. cpu - i3 2100 > 10.5K
    or, G620
    2. Mobo - gigabyte B75 > 6.5k
    or, H61
    3. Ram - 4gb 1600mhz > 2.2K?
    4. HDD - 500GB > 5.5K
    5. ODD - Samsung > 1.5K
    6. Monitor - Samsung 18.5 LED > 8.2K
    7. Ups - Lumious 800VA > 3k
    8. Casing & PSU - Delux > 3K
    9. Pen drive - Twinmos 16GB > .85K
    10. Speaker - Microlab > 3k

    Now please suggest me for some better options.

    @Reznov
    cpu=i3 2100 is 9.6k....
    mobo=get a H61 board at 5.5k(even the integrated gpu of gigabyte B75 is not enough to play games of today.. )
    Ram=4GB 1333mhz..2k
    I would suggest increasing the budget a bit or reduce some components...nd give ur cousin a gpu lyk HD7750...

    The b75 motherboard doesn't have any integrated gpu, the igp is in the processor itself.

    hi there Victor Reznov , not that im amd fan but i have been using one .... u can go for amd system if it pleases u .
    am3 processor with AM3+fx mobo support ,, take nothin less than phenom2 x2 500 nd up ..( maybe 560 has 7 mb cache ) as it suits ur budget . an apu perhaps ... ur choice , do bit market survey

    intel buid ... i3 or dual core ... there is nt much games relying on processor although u ll have less load time like i do now
    the point is -
    if its for gaming, reduce ur cost in othr, save a little ... spend for a decent gpu , a good psu if it is required .

    if its for multimedia , sound system pointed out ,,,, dont get microlab , for quality purpose ofcourse .. a sound card should be nice addition too

    igpus can handle recent titles example intel hd4000 can handle sleeping dogs and also battlefield 3 at low setting and i personally tested them , yes they are not that strong but they are not that weak for neglecting them like you are saying and also they are sometimes better than ati 5450 btw there is a overclocking igpu option are available in b75 boards those may slightly help in some cases

    How about AMD A8-3870K(AMD 6550D integrated with CPU) + MSI A55 P33 board? total 19K

    Transcend 8GB DDR3 1600MHz 3.8K

    ive suggested a friend of mine...he bought it a few days ago...running Crysis 2 pretty smoothly now...

    & overclocking intel's shitty IGP will be another shitty work... intel HD 2000 2500 3000 4000 whatever it is they all sux... if u have to buy an i3,atleast take a 6570 discrete card...

    Ram=4GB 1333mhz..2k
    I would suggest increasing the budget a bit or reduce some components...nd give ur cousin a gpu lyk HD7750...

    I think he wont game much, specially the latest titles. COD, AC will be his maximum extent. He will buy a gpu later if feels necessary.

    intel buid ... i3 or dual core ... there is nt much games relying on processor although u ll have less load time like i do now
    the point is -
    if its for gaming, reduce ur cost in othr, save a little ... spend for a decent gpu , a good psu if it is required .

    if its for multimedia , sound system pointed out ,,,, dont get microlab , for quality purpose ofcourse .. a sound card should be nice addition too

    ive suggested a friend of mine...he bought it a few days ago...running Crysis 2 pretty smoothly now...

    & overclocking intel's shitty IGP will be another shitty work... intel HD 2000 2500 3000 4000 whatever it is they all sux... if u have to buy an i3,atleast take a 6570 discrete card...
    Gaming is not the concern bro. neither multimedia. Its all about having his first PC. All we need is, just a standard build. Intel will be good for giving some future headroom I think.

    about the performance i think AMD got better performance if u think about price... AMD A8-3870K + A55 P33 = 19K & Intel i3 + B75+AMD 6570=23K will perform almost the same... difference wont be that great to spend more 4K! but if u think about the future i guess i3 is a better option coz FM1 socket is dead i guess,FM2 has come... but 1155 boards will still be available...

    its sure that both of them will perform almost the same... for everyday computing...

    Get g620 instead of i3 setup which i was suggested and then you can easily add speaker and ups too and no need to buy a fancy mobo like b75 when you are tight in budget and i dont like apus , they are slow in performance and somewhat good in gaming but g620 with pair of 7750 can beat them all and will cost you much less than i3 setup. .and if he wish, then he can change his processor with i3 or i5 in future when haswell will release, then definately prices of ivy/sandy comes down
