    A bit above your budget:
    Crucial M4 128GB
    In your budget:
    Plextor 128GB M5S
SanDisk Extreme SSD 120 GB SATA 6.0 Gb-s2.5-Inch Solid State Drive SDSSDX-120G-G25

    OCZ Technology 128GB Vertex 4

Any of the above would serve you pretty well. If you want to send a bit less then the Agility 3 or Plextor M5S is the way to go.
    Hope I was helpful.

TBH, you won't notice the difference unless you are copying something from another faster SSD to whichever you choose. All of them uses the Marvell controller though.

Vertex 4 uses Indilinx. Crucial M4 uses Marvell. Go for Vertex 4 if you prefer read speed or go for Crucial M4 if you prefer read speed. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/639?vs=425

*** i prefer Vertex 4 although im using M4 because thats a newer technology.

Vertex 4 uses a Marvell Controller with a custom Indilinx firmware.

I personally would avoid OCZ SSDs altogether. Their rep has been absolutely horrible when it comes to SSDs.

Plextor, Crucial, Sandisk are all good buys. Don't worry about speed, get any of them based on price + capacity.
