Default Where can I get bodybuilding weights?

I am looking to buy 2X10kg dumbbells(10kg on each dumbbell).I don't want the fixed ones but the ones on which I can add more weight discs.I heard there are of two kinds steel and iron.Heard steel is more expensive than iron. But don't know the current exact price.

I am in Mohammadpur.Does anyone know any shop close to me and also does anyone have recent good idea about the price?

Foreign equipments is gonna cost him double. When i first went to by my dumble plates the ones from here were priced at 80taka/kg and the ones from abroad were priced at 200taka/kg. Yes the weights from BD were actually 1kg, i mean when i got back home i weighed them separately on a weight machine just to be sure.

Now the price is 110taka/kg, so go for the foreign ones if you have a good budget.

I bought mine from Multisports. 247-248 Tejgaon Industrial Area. Phone- 01718752975

    A. Degrading fellow human beings over the internet is the only way for social rejects to feel any sense of empowerment whatsoever

    B. If one party understands something that the other party doesn't, degrading that person leads to an enhanced self-perception of intelligence

    C. The internet is a clear depiction of our natural aggression towards each other as a species, that will undoubtedly wipe itself off the planet at some point in time.

Unless you drop the plates from a very high place, like from the roof of a building, they shouldn't brake. Yes the local iron ones are 110taka/kg.

I am using the local rod with the spinlocks, but the store i mentioned has the foreign rods too. I would have bought the foreign ones if i hadn't bought the local rods earlier. BTW it has been 2 years and my local rods didn't break yet.

BTW are you planning on playing catch-the-weight with the dumbbells?

Spinlock is good. There's very little or no chance for the discs to roll out of the rod if the nut loosens. No I am not planning to play catch with them.
