Thread: Gigabyte H61M-H2PV mobo iritating logo screen

Default Gigabyte H61M-H2PV mobo iritating logo screen

    My brother bought a PC
    Gigabyte H61M-H2P + 2.6ghz 2nd gen proc

When he boots a logo screen appears at the win7 64bit password page - GIGABYTE DYNAMIC ENERGY SAVER. The same page appears when shutting down. Color scheme driving my brother crazy as he wants every aspect of his windows customised.

I was at a loss how to do it as only the start-up splash page can be turned off via BIOS.

Anyone - how to turn those screen pages off?

Enable "Quick Boot" and there was another option for turning off the Dynamic Energy saver screen, I forgot the exact name. Poke around the BIOS, you should find it.

There is a option in the BIOS to turn off the Boot Logo. It should be easy to find.

That only turns off the boot splash screen (note first post) - I'm talking abt the log-on screens.

Thanks for all the help y'all.

All I had to do was - look at it with a clear head. The assembler doofus installed a crappy gigabyte aero-theme. I changed that and boom!
