    If u want hardcore then buy 7950 ~33k
    within budget assuming 10-15k, u can go for 7750 ~10.5k or 7770 ~14k.........

    Go for Sapphire. I am using Sapphire 7870 OC Edition and its a beast. Playing every game on ultra setting with more than 60 fps.

    sapphire is a good brand..and as far as i know if you pay well..UCC behaves really well...but to be safe buy from a 'small shop' (get them to bring UCC product) so you wont have to deal with them
