don't waste 10k on a case rather you should increase your budget for psu and gpu.And you can't get liquid cooling system by 5k and AFAIK liquid cooling isn't available in BD you have to buy that from abroad
    case: thermaltake V4 3.5k
GPU: wait till October 3rd , add that 5k or 10 k and go for the sapphire 7850 GHZ OC edition 22k
PSU:CM GX 550W 6.5k (bargain kore 6k te neoa jabe)
And for the cpu cooler you can buy the CM hypo 212 (don't know the price ) ..i heard it is good

are you sure sapphire one runs hotter?? i read the opposite thing in some reviews (if what i remember is correct), gigabyte one is clocked higher but performance gain is minimal (often none)...correct me if i'm wrong

You can get Antec 620 Pre-filled/Sealed Liquid cooling setup for 6k at Computer Source. And as others suggested, get a cheaper case and get a better graphics card. Those Antec Units can be installed in pretty much all cases with 120mm fan slots.

Gigbayte has improved their Windforce 3x designs alot. Even at 1320MHz, my GTX670 stays at 64C, yes that's 64C at full furmark load. Though, I do use a custom MSI AB Fan profile that Revs the fans at their maximum speeds when the temps reaches 70C. Dunno how good their Windforce 2x is though.

Depends, if you are talking about performance, then the Frio OCK. If you are talking about Noise, Tall memory compatibility then the Khuler 620.

AFAIK you can change the fans on the OCK. And yes, you can defiantly change fans on the Khuler. No none, the best Closed LC loop in BD is the Khuler, unless you can import an XSPC Rasa 450 RS120 kit, which is about $120 and that is the cheapest custom watercooling kit.
