    Cool Will it be good for the next 2 or 3 years

    My friend wants to buy a pc .He has selected the components now . he wants to know if his config will be good enough for the next 2 or 3 years before he takes his final decision.Here are the specs
    Core i5 3450
    Gigabyte or Msi B75
    Gigabyte GTX 670 windforce 3x OC edition
    TT smart 550W
    TT commander or Spacecraft or Antec one
    4GB 1600 MHz Ram
    What do you guys think ????? anything should be changed in this config???
    every suggestion will be appreciated
    I am tagging the guys whom i know as experts but everyone's opinion will be much appreciated

    2000MHz would be a waste, just add another 4gb stick for now.

    another 4GB DDR3 transcend 1600MHz RAM & try to get a Z77 if u can.

    is i5 3550 worth the extra 3k as it has only 200 mhz more clock speed ???
    will there be any bottlenecking problem???
    can i OC the i5 3450 (with the stock cooler) like the i5 3550 to 3.7 or 3.8 ghz ??? i know that @terrygr8_007 bro oc'ed his 3550 to 3.9 ghz (just curious)

    just a suggestion..dont OC with the stock cooler...IB processors tend to run hot for some reason and 3550 is the hottest of them all..if you intend to use the stock one..get a boxed processor and make sure you buy 3450...which performs almost equal to 2500k (when at stock) and runs a little cooler than 3550
