Get some Corsair Vengeance or G.Skill Ripjaws or even Hyper X from abroad through amazon.co.bd. Should cost much less than the Hyper X from Binary.

You are not a overclocker so why you want this types of rams? Get the cheaper rams from transends and be happy. And also 4gb ram is more than enough for nowadays tasks and games so why need of a 8gb sticks? If you really want to buy, then get the corsair vengeance or gskill ripjawX rams. .btw gskill has the better timing comparing corsair

4GB is too low for 2012 bro. Nowadays the minimum standard is 8GB. Anyways its not that you need high performance RAMs for overclocking, one can run these RAMs at stock.
Anyway to the OP, as I explained before, high performance memory only yields a difference during benchmarks. In real life situations you won't notice any difference.
