That's debatable, the ViewSonic you are referring to also has input lag. That 2ms means nothing and many monitors with 2ms advertised has horrible input lag, compared to some 5ms ones. IPS panels are generally focused for professional work where one needs the color accuracy/viewing angles/higher resolutions.

IPS pannels are used for professional photographic or non motion work & most of the pro gamers use TN display though review say IPS panels are not that bad for gaming but not good for FPS games ..i have seen Led viewsonic montior watched blue ray movie on that i didn't notice any thing where i could say it don't show colors well also viewing angel is also developed a lot in tn display .nowadays .so i think if any want really want good color with good gaming performance they shoud go for viewsonic led which is really reviewed well in most of the website as best gaming monitor ..

price 16.5-14.5k(single/double hdmi port) bdte asche eta recently.amio crt use korsi but after seeing this viewsonic monitor which was imported from USA i was just thinking what the .....it was so good & with blue ray movie it was really sharp with wonderfull color only with vga port(it has dual hdmi ) .Abt viewing angle ..i have seen it from side but havent even thought once that i was missing anything.Technology updated a lot so the quality of Tn display with really good colors ...& more wider viewing angel .I think i would love to have IPS pannel but if 5ms lag becomes something which as a crt user (0 lag)i don't like then its not worth spending lot in IPS & tn display is well establish tech for real professonal gamers .so for gaming purpose tn is the best option currently on the market

Im using MS228 LED display connected with HDMI. HDMI's quality is far better than VGA. Digital Vs Analog. Analog Signal easily get distorted!
& as far as I know ips monitors are really costly & not good for gaming.

False! On a computer monitor, the signals are indistinguishable to the human eye.
