how 2 create multiple profile?

ne1 know how to create multiple profile from menu in COD5?
i cant find ne option

Internet...maye...since we have the crack we have to use only the default profile, you get it when you install the game. Unlike COD4 i don't think you can make multiple profiles. Oh can change you names from the multiplayer options if you are playing on Lan. But i guess you know that already.
