Best is, je ta default formation thake, oita je formation theke modify kora, oita use kora. =D. And then, check out playing styles and your formation, suit all of it, then think of what tactic to use and what mentality. =P.

Example, If I use Man Utd, I find out what my opponent is playing. Then I pick either 4-4-2 or 4-1-2-1-2. Then I find players who can play in those positions, and then ami decide kori amtch'r moddhe, kisu pre planned bhalo naa.

Tanim tmr 4-3-3 vallagse i know the reason, coz u played with the default formation of spain earlier which sucks big time.
Spain team ta khubi valo but formation ta leak ase.. so Spain nie khelle onno formation nie khelte hobe..
