it is clearly an issue of packet loss. Apnar problem hole onnoder o same problem hobe emon to kono kotha nai! Smile er lokder jhari den.

ei problem dui dik diye hoite pare.
    1. there is something wrong on their side of the server with allocated bandwidth for you.. or..
    2. there is something wrong with the CABLE. apnar area te pani jomle.. brishti hole ei packet loss er jinish howar chance ase.

so do this, smile er lokder phone diya KORA ekta jhari den. ar bibhinno fau threat den.

    type cmd in run
    then type ping www.google.com -t
let it run for about 5 mins.

then see the summery. if the avrg ping is greater than 250ms and/or packetloss is more than 1%,
it is your ISP's duty to fix it.
The abuse of greatness is when it disjoins remorse from power.

no, it is not normal. it shud be less than 250ms.
and at off peak hours, it should be ~200ms.
