    Default Core 2 Duo dilemna

Hey guys i am new here and as the username suggests am a bit of a newbie in tech stuff Thing is im going to be stuck with a Core 2 Duo (E6750 2.66Ghz) and an HD 7770 and 4gigs of RAM for a while. I need to know whether i can game on this setup for about a year or two more. Note that my demands are rather low - 1280x1024 resolution and maybe med-high specs on most games. Is it doable? especially the processor? is it way too outdated for those settings? Also, I have a second question, i know the Core 2 Quad series has been discontinued but are there any for sale in BD(if so, where and at what prices)? i mean in new condition, as in, in stores. Anyhoo, thanks in advance for the help!

7770 is a good gpu.. go playing with if you find any problem or doesn't match your demand which should not be then upgrade the cpu.
