Its called an R Driver III and can be found in most accessory shops. Price Ranges from 450 to 650tk. Yes it comes with the Power cable and you can use SATA devices with it too.

or should i buy TT thunderblades?? those CM fans look good but i dont know about the performance...i have one (http://www.coolermaster.in/product.php?product_id=4355) if only i could measure how much air is it pushing in :S

i have one R4...but does it push in 90 cfm air??isnt xtraflo the best out of three? i dont know anythng about fans..so can you tell me why R4?? and is there any other good fans available???

A bit less than 90 CFM but yes its less noisy and gives out more airflow than the Xtraflow. Just take a look at the specs.
