If I were in your place, I would update the monitor to full HD. And next might be the processor to third gen i5.

    Nothing looks unbalanced really. If a Q9550 didn't bottleneck a GTX460, there's no reason why that i3 will bottleneck a 6850.

Your next upgrade path should include a new monitor, CPU and a GPU. A whole new system entirely

I would say a triple-monitor setup next would be good.

It depends on what kind of upgrades you're looking for and whom you ask for. If you ask me, for instance, to pinpoint the frail parts of your rig then those are definitely that on-board sound chip and headphone. Get those changed with a x-fi Titanium and an audiophile/semi-audiophile grade HP from overseas if possible. I'd have suggest one or two lines regarding the PSU too but hey, you won't follow that anyway... I've seen in some other threads how glad you're with the way that PSU handling your whole rig hence, can't see any firm reason to make a happy user turns into a bit uptight about the thing he's already quite certain about, specially during this Eid time.

Your current processor ought to be sufficed to get full potential out of your GPU. In case of heavily CPU dependent game you may encounter an improvement of barely 2-4 FPS top. Since most of the games to date don't intend to follow this trend, that is, utilizing CPU more than the GPU thus, you should be fine with your current setup.
