Default Need Help About UPS Buying!

hey guys, please help me with UPS buying suggestions. My max budget 4K and I've checked out these two -

    http://www.ryanscomputers.com/model....0&iid=383&#Top
    http://www.ryanscomputers.com/model....&iid=2141&#Top

So are they satisfactory? I know I'm not gonna get great ones within this price but I think I can live with a satisfactory service. So are these okay/crap and anyone using/used these? Or if there are any other better deal within this price limit? Please leave your suggestions. I'll buy tomorrow.

@ochin : bro my pc is a pretty average one and I won't game when load-shedding and I don't even that much play anymore(just occasionally). I just need to properly shut down my PC. My current specs C2D E8400+4 GB DDR2 800+Asus GTX 560+Delta 500W. So I think a proper 800VA/1KVA will give me at least 15-20 mins.

@blood stain child: LOL ... we are on the same team bro. never used an UPS in my whole computing life which is roughly 10 years and also I've never faced any major prob(OS crash a few times ). But recently in my area there's been very frequent voltage up-downs. Even today afternoon my pc re-started 2-3 times coz sometimes the voltage goes so low. That's why I'm thinking of getting one and thanks for the suggestion. I'll try to get anything within 5K and if lucky I may get a Luminous.

@DEXTER Don't buy Mercury UPS as their battery dies too quick. I had Mercury 600 VA and my pc was very average and still after 2 months it failed to back up. I only used to shut down my PC asap...
